How much does group BLS training cost?

Onsite BLS pricing is quote-based. It depends on your group size, how many sessions your roster needs to cover every shift, and how far our instructors travel within the Philadelphia metro. There is no published per-seat rate because a 6-person dental office and a 40-person hospital unit are priced differently by design.

Request a quote through the form above and include your rough headcount and preferred dates. We reply within one business day with a flat group rate that covers instruction, all equipment, and same-day AHA Provider eCards for every attendee.

Process

How does onsite BLS training work for a clinical team?

STEP 1

Book your group

Submit your headcount, roles, and preferred dates. We confirm coverage of your Philadelphia facility and lock in a session.

STEP 2

We bring the class to you

An AHA-credentialed instructor arrives at your facility with adult, child, and infant manikins, AED trainers, and bag-mask devices for the full group.

STEP 3

Same-day eCards

Each staff member completes a skills check and receives their official AHA BLS Provider eCard by email the same day.

Is this the official AHA BLS Provider card?

Yes. Onsite sessions use the current American Heart Association BLS Provider curriculum, taught by an AHA-credentialed instructor. Your staff receive the same official 2-year AHA Provider eCard issued to students who train at our center.

That eCard is the credential recognized by Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Jefferson Health, Penn Medicine, and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and by every major Philadelphia health system, clinical program, and licensing board that requires BLS. Staff can also book the individual course at our Philadelphia BLS certification page if a session falls outside your group dates.

Can you train around our shift schedule?

Clinical staff rarely share a common daytime block. We build the session around your unit's actual coverage, not the other way around: nights, overnights, evenings, and weekends are all standard scheduling options, not special requests.

For departments that can never fully step away at once, we can split a single roster across two back-to-back sessions, for example a day shift group followed by a night shift group, so patient coverage never drops during training.

Group BLS renewals for staff whose cards expire together

When an entire unit was certified in the same onboarding cohort, their AHA BLS Provider cards tend to expire in the same window. Instead of staff scheduling individual renewal appointments around each expiration date, we run a single onsite renewal session for the whole department.

Everyone recertifies on the same day, at the same facility, and receives a fresh 2-year AHA Provider eCard before the old one lapses. Tell us your roster's expiration dates on the quote form and we schedule with enough lead time to stay continuously compliant.

How many staff do we need for onsite BLS?

We schedule onsite BLS sessions for groups of 5 or more clinical staff. That covers a small dental office, a single nursing unit, a school health office, a home health team, or an urgent care location without paying for a full-classroom minimum you don't need.

Larger departments and multi-site health systems in Philadelphia can book several sessions across shifts or locations, coordinated through a single point of contact. If your team is under 5, individual staff are welcome to book our standard in-center BLS course instead.
